Dropped by the Psyshic Temple yesterday, saw a truck outside, and wondered what was going on.
Bad timing. The stairway was blocked by workers so I had to settle for a spy photo through the shaft where the elevator will go.
I moved on without seeing the latest construction, but now I realize that I could have climbed up the ladder!
